Algosur is a leading Andalusian agri-food group in the research, production, and processing of high-value extensive crops. Its business model is based on vertical integration, from the production of cotton fiber and its by-products (seeds for animal feed) to its leadership in introducing new crops like quinoa and other superfoods through its subsidiary Granos y Semillas del Sur. Its commitment to R&D is embodied by its technology partner, Vitrosur Lab, for the production of in-vitro plants.

Sage X3 was implemented to natively manage the two main business areas: cotton production (with its campaign and quality logic) and industrial processing (with its control over production, yields, and costs).
Pillar 2: A Single, Reliable Data Platform
All management was centralized into a single ERP, creating a reliable information repository. This allowed management to have a global and precise view to control significant investments and the profitability of each division.
Pillar 3: Inter-Plant Communications Infrastructure
Aritmos designed and implemented an inter-plant connection system using antennas and Wi-Fi, ensuring private, secure, and real-time data transmission between Algosur's different factories.
